No. 21 Vanilla used to be the darkest shade of HERA's foundation palette, i.e., the Korean beauty company offered only four shades, namely, No.13 Ivory, No. 15 Rose Ivory, No. 17 Rose Vanilla and No. 21 Vanilla. The latest additions are No. 23 Beige and No. 25 Amber.
I'm currently using the HERA or 헤라 Black Cushion and I've always been conscious how the shade No. 21 Vanilla does not match my skin color. So, I'm very glad that HERA developed the darker foundation shades of No. 23 Beige and No. 25 Amber, since the makeup company will eventually have to consider the needs of its global markets.
The darker shades of No. 23 Beige and No. 25 Amber are only available with the HERA UV Mist Cushion or 헤라 UV 미스트 쿠션, though.
A couple of months ago, I tried to buy the Hera UV Mist Cushion at the Hera store in the Takashimaya Department Store in Singapore, but, it wasn't available yet, even though My Love from the Star Jun Ji Hyun or 전지현 was already promoting it.
